Is That All There Is
Meyers investigated, through movement, the
intricacies of power dynamics among women in efforts to expose the underbelly
of modern motherhood. Incorporating a game-based methodology as a compositional
tool, she explored a physical manifestation of how women relate to one another
psychologically, particularly in competitive situations.
Is That All There Is premiered at Dance New Amsterdam in October, 2007.
